WODs Your Mom Could Do – Day #22: Dubs & G2OH

Don’t worry, I’m not this far behind on issuing wod challenges to my mom & sister-in-law. It just takes me a little longer to actually get them posted. I’m having a really busy week with my biz which is actually good news!

Here’s a fun 10 Minute AMRAP:

dubs and ground to overheads

If you don’t have double unders yet, you’re going to sub 90 singles for each round.
